In March, Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis signed Senate Bill 102, known as the Live Local Act, a dramatic overhaul of the approval process for housing development across the state. The passage of the act has already begun to transform development processes across the state of Florida ahead of the law’s July 1 effective date.
