Stigliano Commercial Real Estate Handles Corporate Headquarters Relocation

Reese Stigliano, the president of Stigliano Commercial Real Estate, played a crucial role in representing Miller Legg during the selection and negotiation of the lease of their new corporate headquarters.

The new headquarters spans 7,064 square feet and is located at 13680 NW 5th Street, Suite 200 in Sunrise, Florida.

Miller Legg is an esteemed, award winning, multidisciplinary engineering and environmental consulting firm with a rich history of 58 years. They specialize in various areas, including urban planning, civil engineering, landscape architecture, surveying, and environmental consulting.

Stigliano, along with the company principals, conducted an extensive search for alternative locations within Broward County before finalizing the lease. After performing a comprehensive financial analysis of multiple viable options, it was determined that relocating to the Sawgrass Park Office submarket in western Broward County would be the most economical and logistically favorable choice. This location offers convenient access to Fort Lauderdale, Miami, and northern Broward County. Moreover, the building is situated within a mile of I-595, providing a direct connection to downtown Fort Lauderdale and Fort Lauderdale International Airport.

The building where Miller Legg’s corporate headquarters is located is owned by a group of investors known as Sawgrass Campus, LLC. Recently, substantial upgrades were completed, enhancing all the common areas and restrooms in the building. Additionally, hurricane impact exterior windows and doors were installed as part of the renovations. As one of the major tenants in the building, Miller Legg will have the privilege of prominent building signage.

The Sawgrass Park Office submarket currently has a vacancy rate of 16.5% with an inventory of approximately 1.28 million square feet. Given these statistics, Miller Legg’s headquarters’ lease stands out as one of the largest leases executed in this market this  year.

Brady Titcomb from the firm JLL represented the landlord during the lease negotiations.
